Is there a free plan?
There is no free forever plan. Every new customer gets a 15-day free trial of Suktha Growth so you can evaluate the full platform on your real data before paying.
What is the difference between Suktha Light and Suktha Growth?
Suktha Light is a sales-first plan — masters, sales, receivables, invoicing, RBAC and 12+ reports for up to 5 users. Suktha Growth adds full procurement, supplier payables, job-work & subcontract, petty cash, vouchers, 50+ reports, mail notifications, reminders and a weekly business summary.
How is support different between the two plans?
Suktha Light includes email-only support during business hours (Mon–Fri, 10am–6pm IST, excluding national and company holidays). Suktha Growth adds WhatsApp, phone and remote-connect support during the same hours.
Do the eWay and eInvoice add-ons expire?
Yes. Each add-on pack (500 eWay Bills or 500 e-Invoices, or the combined bundle) is valid for 12 months from the date of activation. Unused counts do not carry forward beyond that window.
How does Email & WhatsApp integration pricing work?
Because message pricing depends on your provider (Meta, aggregator) and expected volume, we quote this on a call so you get the most accurate cost for your business.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. All listed prices are exclusive of GST. GST is added at applicable rates on your invoice.
Can I upgrade from Suktha Light to Suktha Growth later?
Yes. You can upgrade any time — we pro-rate the balance of your Light subscription against the Growth plan.
Will you migrate my existing data?
Yes. Our team helps you migrate masters, opening balances and outstanding ledgers from your current tool or spreadsheets during onboarding. There will be one time cost which we will give you accurately once we see the data volume and data quality.
What are the cancellation and refund terms?
You can cancel your subscription any time during your active subscription period. However, we do not refund any paid amount — your plan simply remains active until the end of the paid term and does not renew.
What happens to my data after cancellation?
We are not responsible for your data after cancellation. Before cancelling, you must download the data you need using the available reports in Excel or PDF formats. We do not provide any raw data dump. Your data will not be retained beyond 30 days from the date of cancellation.
